Last year at VMworld, Pivotal, in collaboration with VMware and Google announced the launch of Pivotal Container Service™ (PKS). A few months back they announced the launch of their initial public offering of 37,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock and recently announced PKS 1.1 is generally available.
