In addition, Adam’s team is also focused on preparing Customers and Partners for vSphere upgrades through workshops, VMUGs, and other events.

Kim Jahnz, Principal TAM, Solution Architect

Kim Jahnz is a Principal Solution Architect and member of the CTO Ambassador program and member of Global Office of the CTO, Field Team. Kim has worked with many organizations in developing solutions to allow them to effectively monitor and management their applications and infrastructures. She has founded customer users groups, speaks frequently at user conferences, and her article, “Guide to Network Management,” was featured in Network World magazine.

David StamenTechnical Marketing Engineer, @DavidStamen

David Stamen is a Technical Marketing Engineer and VCIX6.5-DCV working for VMware in the Cloud Platform Business unit. In that role, he is in charge of delivering vSphere upgrade based workshops to customers, partners and vendors.

Nigel HickeyTechnical Marketing Engineer, @vCenterNerd

Nigel Hickey is a Technical Marketing Engineer and VCIX6-DTM working for VMware R&D in the Cloud Platform Business Unit. In this role, he serves as a Subject Matter Expert for vSphere Upgrades as well as a trusted advisor for VMware customers and partners. His responsibilities include delivering vSphere Upgrade workshops, generating content, evangelism, collecting product feedback, and presenting at events.
