VMworld 2016 – Day 3 Recap

Day 3 of VMworld happened Wednesday, August 31st – and what a day it was! With no general session, attendees focused on the Breakout Sessions they had registered for in the VMworld Schedule Builder!

@vmwarevsan was at two of those sessions – the first one was STO8562 – Deployable and Tactical Hyper-Converged Software (HCS) for the Battlefield. Take a look at some of those highlights:

@vmwarevsan was also at STO7903 – An Industry Roadmap: From Storage to Data Management, where Christos Karamanolis took a look into the future of storage and data management for the SDDC. He covered mutliple use cases around data protection and storage analytics and the long-term strategy vision. Highlights below:

Wrapping up VMworld, we’re happy to announce the winner of our #HCIselfie Contest, which was held at the HCI Zone at the VMworld Solutions Exchange. Congratulations to Jason Langer (@jaslanger)!

Every year, VMworld is one of our favorite times – with 2016 being no exception. For those of you joining us in Barcelona, we’ll see you in October! VMworld US 2017 will be held August 28-31… See you then!
