Over the past couple months I've been on the road presenting on the topic of ESXi migration at several regional VMware User Group (VMUG) conferences. When presenting on ESXi migration one question that always gets asked is "what are the gotchas and and what can I do to avoid them?". Based on this I was planning to do put together a "Top 10" list of things to watch for when migrating to ESXi when I came across this great blog article by Rick Vanover at Virtualization Review titled Top 5 Tips for Migrating to ESXi.
