Stefka Dimitrova

Stefka Dimitrova is a Senior Program Manager within VMware’s Open Source Strategy team, where she fosters community development and works on guidelines and tools to improve the health of open source projects. She has a business and financial background and has been working in the Software Development industry for the last 9 years, managing program-level tasks, process responsibilities, and continuous improvement initiatives. In her free time, Stefka loves rock climbing and hiking, and guides kids and teenagers in adventure programs and summer camps. She acts in an improv theater called "Playback" and is fascinated by human nature, psychology and personal development, in which she is an avid reader and learner.
