The latest VMware Anywhere Workspace security news
Ahead of RSAC 2022, VMware issued a press release covering two Anywhere Workspace security announcements.
We announced Workspace ONE Mobile Threat Defense. This integrates advanced security capabilities from Lookout into the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub app, which means that there’s no separate MTD app for users to install and activate.
We also announced significant new Windows update and patching capabilities, bringing more flexibility and automation to Workspace ONE UEM administrators.
Outside of the EUC space, VMware also announced VMware Contexa Threat Intelligence, comprising enhancements to our lateral security capabilities.
