We introduced Workspace ONE Intelligence to our customers earlier this year and the response has been phenomenal. As a service for VMware Workspace ONE, Workspace ONE Intelligence provides deep insights and app analytics into the entire digital workspace and offers powerful automation that together increases user experience, helps optimize resources, and strengthens security and compliance across the entire environment. Since Workspace ONE Intelligence runs as a service, we can enable exciting new features more frequently, as seen in our May and June releases. There are several new features available with the latest release of Workspace ONE Intelligence, including reports, new apps and security dashboards, and automation capabilities.
Workspace ONE Intelligence Reports
Today, we’re excited to announce a simple way for anyone interested in taking the Workspace ONE Intelligence experience for a test drive or trying out new features. Any customer who has access to Workspace ONE Intelligence Reports can opt-in to the 30-day free trial. The Reports feature comes with Workspace ONE Intelligence as part of any of the Workspace ONE editions. If you don’t have access to Custom Reports, please follow these instructions to get started by setting up Workspace ONE Intelligence Connector. SaaS-based AirWatch or Workspace ONE customers can follow these instructions.
As part of first time setup of Workspace ONE Intelligence Custom Reports, administrators are required to opt-in to the service, as noted in Screenshot 1.

Once you have opted into Workspace ONE Intelligence, basic features like Custom Reports will be enabled for your environment. In order to start the free trial of Workspace ONE Intelligence, you will be prompted with an exclusive trial opt-in screen, as shown below.

At any time, you can enroll in the trial by filling out the form shown in Screenshot 3. This information is required to ensure a VMware representative can reach out to you for any assistance needed during your trial period.
If you opt-out of the trial, you can still enroll by clicking ‘Start 30 Day Trial’ or ‘Activate Trial’ option.

Once you’re enrolled in the free trial, you will be eligible to try out our newest features like My Dashboard, Security Dashboard, Apps Dashboard, Automation, and Apteligent. Take full advantage of these features since access to these features is limited to 30 days. Please refer to our documentation to learn more about each feature. We encourage all of our customers to sign up for the free trial and take Workspace ONE Intelligence for a spin!
