It’s been an exciting first year for vRealize True Visibility Suite – celebrating the 1.0 launch, our 1-year anniversary at VMware and many new customers that have brought extensibility to their IT operations. And while those milestones were exciting it doesn’t compare to what was going on behind the scenes.
This year we engaged with a third-party firm to study the current packaging of vRealize True Visibility Suite to make sure that the offering aligned with our customers’ needs. It involved countless hours of interviewing customers and exploring options of how we can best help our customers extend the incredible capabilities of vRealize Operations into the heterogenous data center.
Extending Visibility for all vRealize Operations Customers!
Storage and Compute management pack entitlements for every level of vRealize Operations. We are excited to announce that if you have a current deployment or purchase vRealize Operations, you will be entitled to all packs listed below with the next release of these management packs.

That’s right, with the upcoming release of these management packs, no license key will be required to install and use these packs. After the upcoming general availability announcement – coming in the near future- these packs will be available to download and install in your Customer Connect portal – just look for the vRealize Operations Management Packs for Compute and Storage.
Deeper visibility + better troubleshooting = Stronger IT Operations
These relationship-aware, agentless management packs will bring the visibility needed into the physical infrastructure that is supporting your SDDC. With the addition of hundreds of key performance metrics for physical compute and storage you will be able to dive deeper into your environment to optimize performance and eliminate bottlenecks.
With access to hundreds of out of the box dashboards, custom objects, alerts, and metrics you will be able to:
