We’re back! In the first Android Series episode recorded from our homes, we pick up where we left off with the OEMConfig theme. Over previous episodes, we’ve covered the OEMConfig standard and how device manufacturers such as Samsung, Zebra, and Honeywell use it to deliver proprietary features on top of Android Enterprise. In case you missed them, check out Ep 10: Admin Experience for OEMConfig Redefined and Ep 13: Samsung Knox Service Plugin.

In this episode we discuss feedback channel and the value it adds to the OEMConfig solution. Feedback channel is a way for OEMConfig applications to return feedback to the Workspace ONE UEM console, allowing admins to monitor configuration status, including quick detection and remediation of errors. Check out the video below to learn how to navigate feedback channel in the Workspace ONE UEM console and how Workspace ONE Intelligence is used to build granular reports on feedback data across devices and supported applications.

As always, be sure to return to our blog for the latest on Android Enterprise and Workspace ONE!
