Welcome the new vExpert PRO program
I’m pleased to announce the launch of the new VMware vExpert Sub-Program called vExpert PRO and in the name of all VMware Digital Marketing team congratulate all vExperts selected the program.
What is the vExpert PRO program?
The idea behind the development of vExpert PRO program is to create a network of vExperts around the world who are willing to identify and recruit new vExperts in their local communities and be mentors for these new vExperts.
We understand that the vExpert PRO knows the language and the culture of their country and will help us get closer to the vExperts in each region.
Who are the vExpert Pros?
A vExpert Pro is a current vExpert who excels in their local region, adding value to the program and giving back to the community. This person has a strong relationship with the local IT community in general, and works as an advocate for the vExpert program, recruiting, mentoring and training people.
Our team has chosen the vExpert Pros based on several criteria:

- Be able to translate and explain the advantages of the vExpert Program
- Be willing to support current local vExperts to improve and grow
- Be willing to discover and recruit new vExperts in their local region
- Be willing to assist new people who what to become a vExpert

We have grand plans for the program.
One of our goals is to reduce the language and cultural barrier to understand what is the vExpert program and also to ingress in the vExpert program.
The vExpert Pros will help us to translate content to the vExpert website and be a source of information to people who want to be a vExpert but don´t know how. Also, they will work closely to the vExpert program team.
