Drawing upon more than twenty years of IT industry experience, ten of them at VMware – Matt leads an organization of over 3,000 services and learning professionals and works to create a collaborative and inclusive culture that values innovation and delivers transformative customer outcomes. Matt enjoys skiing, exploring the outdoors with his wife and their four children, and is passionate about solving homelessness in the New Jersey community where they live.
