Carl Olafson is a Staff Technical Account Manager working with VMware customers in the Utility/SLED sectors. He has 12+ years with VMware, holding multiple VCPs and the VCAP-DCV Design certification. Carl is a SME with vRealize Operations. He is also a Security and Compliance SME, having authored VMware’s NERC CIP compliance artifacts for the Utility Sector. He resides in Southern California with his family. In his spare time, Carl enjoys traveling, tinkering with cars, water skiing, and hanging out with family and friends.
