Though VMware Explore US is still several months away, it is never too early to begin planning! In fact, the “Call for Papers” recently opened, allowing anyone interested in speaking to submit a session proposal for this year’s event, which will take place at The Venetian in Las Vegas from August 21-24, 2023.
Last year’s event, the first back in person since the start of the pandemic, featured big announcements, captivating presentations, and valuable networking opportunities. We were thrilled to unveil VMware Aria and hear the many ways our customers and partners take advantage of the VMware Cloud Management portfolio to achieve meaningful business goals. This year, we once again look forward to sharing what we’ve been up to and learning more from all of you.
If you have not presented at VMware Explore in the past, this year is a great year to start! Proposal topics can range from successful results you have driven at your business, to topics that you simply are interested in and want to share more broadly. Speaking at VMware Explore is also a great opportunity to meet and network with other presenters and event attendees who share your interests or face similar business challenges. Not to mention, there are also many great learning opportunities and exciting events to attend!

How to Submit Call for Papers
To submit a proposal, you will need to create a title and abstract for your session, as well as submit information on the VMware product(s) it relates to and the audience you are targeting. After you’ve submitted your idea, it will be reviewed by the VMware Explore team and you will be notified of the result when the review process is completed. Please note that a separate Call for Papers will be shared at a later date for VMware Explore Europe.
Those interested in submitting should make sure to get their idea in soon, even if it is still in development or related to an ongoing project, as the Call for Papers closes at 5:00 PM PDT on March 31.
