Let’s start with a story! This summer I went for a hike to Mount Monadnock in New Hampshire with a few friends.
As the day continued my friends started to feel tired and decided to take break. I wanted to continue hiking and decided to set out on my own to explore the trail. I hiked for a considerable time and at some point I made a wrong turn and ended up on a different trail. I lost track of my friends and realized that I was on my own. I started looking for a familiar sign frantically (I was on the White Dot Trail) and it was then that I saw a cabin in the woods. As I walked towards it, I saw a lot of people and some of my friends. However, a couple of my friends were still left behind on the trail. I started talking to the cabin caretaker and he advised the fastest route back to our cars and how to find my friends on the way back. It was getting dark and this last minute help from an expert was exactly what I needed. His past experience and clear directions saved a lot of time and effort for us.

I have seen them make a huge difference in customer’s environments by saving time, effort and avoiding common mistakes. Our hands-on experts do this day-in and day-out. Let’s take a quick look at the various services we offer.
Cost reduction, improved agility and increased flexibility are some of the top drivers for adopting public clouds. However, it is very important to keep track of resources provisioned in the cloud and avoid a zombie resource situation. The Health Check Service from CloudHealth Technologies helps you identify areas where you can reduce costs, boost efficiency and improve governance. This includes everything from finding unused assets that can be deleted, rightsizing infrastructure, defining policies to enforce tagging rules, or purchasing Reserved Instances.
Through the Governance and Policies Service, CloudHealth provides best practices for creating policies. This provides you with a centralized governance model while leveraging decentralized management. Through this service we coach you to create various policies to do financial management, cost optimization, operational governance, performance management, asset & configuration management, and security and incident management.
Amazon Reserved Instances (RIs) deliver savings and help with capacity requirements. However, they need to be monitored closely to reap the maximum benefits. Our Reservation Modeling and Management Service focuses on aligning your corporate goals to capital budgets by department or line of business, as related to cloud infrastructure management. With this service, we will outline best practices, and deliver monthly reservation recommendations for purchases and modifications, based on overall strategy and initiatives.
Underutilized IT environments are common. Resources are deployed, most times over-provisioned, and are either forgotten or not optimally used. This can cause wastage to the magnitude of thousands or sometimes millions of dollars. The Infrastructure Rightsizing Service is designed to help you identify key workloads and specific performance requirements by group. This engagement can provide a monthly review of your infrastructure, identifying and prioritizing key actions and recommendations to rightsize your IT environment.
These are just some of the standard services that we provide. As a good trusted advisor we can provide you with any customized services to do more with your IT budget and make your cloud more efficient.
