Many companies estimate that at least 10% or more of their compute resources are being consumed by inactive and abandon applications and machines. The first step in reclaiming unused resources is to identify potentially inactive resources. However, report-only solutions solve less than half of this problem, leaving the remaining manual work to verify these resources are no longer needed and then reclaim them.
