ESG conducted in-depth interviews with organizations that are currently using VMware’s cloud-hosted Workspace ONE Access. The organizations came from healthcare, financial services and technology and all had more than 10,000 users. Although Workspace ONE Access is available both on-premises and hosted, ESG specifically considered the hosted implementation. As with many hosted services, their in-depth interviews with current customers uncovered the financial and operational benefits realized by not having to own and update the infrastructure. It also showed that organizations realized dramatic time savings in being able to deploy new applications to users through Intelligent Hub.
