DEX for Horizon is digital employee experience for Horizon, and it includes Workspace ONE Intelligence for Horizon, Workspace ONE Experience Management for Horizon, and Workspace ONE Assist for Horizon.
- Workspace ONE Intelligence for Horizon is an insights and analytics service for the Workspace ONE platform.
- Workspace ONE Experience Management for Horizon helps customers manage employee experience.
- Workspace ONE Assist for Horizon is a real-time remote employee support solution that enables IT and help desk staff to remotely support employees with virtual desktop tasks and issues.
DEX for Horizon is available for Horizon SaaS customers licensed with:
- Horizon Universal Subscription
- Horizon Apps Universal Subscription
- Horizon Apps Standard Subscription
For these three subscriptions, Workspace ONE Intelligence for Horizon is included. With these same subscriptions, Workspace ONE Experience Management for Horizon and Workspace ONE Assist for Horizon is available to purchase as an add-on.
