While the team will certainly miss the in-person interactions of past events, this year’s virtual format will expand the audience – the event will be global, with 48 consecutive hours of programming conducted around the world in local time zones. The brave new virtual world will also provide the backdrop for some creative new approaches to user research.

As in years past, the list of activities includes a range of topics spanning the portfolio of EUC products and services. In each workshop, participants should expect about an hour of UX-focused product demos and interactive activities geared toward product features and enhancements announced publicly for the first time just days earlier at VMworld.

The event will give admins an opportunity to shape the future of the admin experience in a fun, collaborative environment alongside their peers from the EUC admin community.

Example activities include roundtable discussions, interactive usability tests and concept design demos with Q&A. Participants will learn about new product features, compare notes with their peers and provide direct feedback to the UX designers responsible for shaping the UI of EUC admin consoles.

The feedback given and received at Design Studio is a critical part of the product design process, so we hope all of you admins out there will join us to craft the future of the EUC admin experience!
