Workspace ONE Intelligence Series: February, March, and April 2019 Releases

Following up on the release updates to Workspace ONE Intelligence from January 2019, I’m excited to share the latest Workspace ONE Intelligence updates that we brought to market in our first quarter this year, spanning February through April. Shruti Phanse from our product management team joined me to demo features and enhancements to dashboards, reports, and automations in Workspace ONE Intelligence.

In this episode, we highlight the ability to create custom dashboards in the My Dashboard area of the Workspace ONE Intelligence console. IT administrators can now create multiple dashboards and widgets to get quick insights into device status and health, app deployment and engagement, patching and more. We also highlight new OS widget templates that help provide visibility of operating system (OS) updates. One of the key benefits of using Workspace ONE as a digital workspace platform is removing the complexity associated from organizations using siloes of tools that focus on specific operating systems. With Workspace ONE, IT can leverage a single platform to manage devices of all types of operating systems. With the new OS widget templates in Workspace ONE Intelligence, IT can now also quickly identify windows devices missing approved updates or critical and security updates needed on different types of operating systems.

Next, we walk through a new feature that allows IT admins to share reports with non-admins using auto-generated URLs. This helps give visibility to others inside a typical organization who don’t have access to reports. Finally, we showcase how existing data can now be used for automations. IT can now set up automations based on both incoming state data and data of existing records, providing more flexibility in actionable insights through automations.

While we could only demo some of the top features released from the last 3 months, there were plenty more updates that you can read more about in our release notes.
