In October, we introduced the Workspace ONE Intelligence Series, a video series dedicated to updating our customers on the exciting new features and capabilities we’re building into Workspace ONE Intelligence. The first episode was an introduction to Workspace ONE Intelligence and included demos of Workspace ONE Intelligence, which helps organizations get insights and automations that increase security, help optimize resources and improve user experience in the digital workspace.
Workspace ONE Intelligence Series: Release Updates
We’ll now start focusing on Workspace ONE Intelligence release updates through this video series and as such, are happy to share the second episode of this series. This episode highlights updates from our October 2018 releases, which include:
- A new Insights landing page – at first login into Workspace ONE Intelligence, IT can get a quick and comprehensive view of their digital workspace environment directly from this page.
- Updates to My Dashboard – IT can create widgets based on user logins or app launch data.
- Updates to the OS Updates dashboard – IT can easily get insights into all the operating systems being managed across the various devices we typically see in the enterprise.
- Identity Analytics – IT can get insights based on data aggregated into Workspace ONE Intelligence from VMware Identity Manager. This data, such as app engagement across a period of time, can then be leveraged to set automations to help optimize resources.
In this episode, our fantastic product managers walk you through demos of each of the updates mentioned above as part of our October 2018 releases. We’re only able to highlight the key items in the October releases, but there are plenty more Workspace ONE Intelligence updates which you can find in my.workspaceone.com.
