These upgrades help customers meet strategic objectives and realize maximum value from their VMware investments Here is a rundown of what’s new.

Interactive Success Plan tracking
VMware Success 360 customers can now use the Connect Success portal to monitor and engage with specific tasks in their Success Plan across their objectives. Your Success Executive can collaborate with you to map the optimal route to move your technology initiatives forward. Success Plans track technical capabilities and activities, milestones and responsible stakeholders, and offers Adoption Guidance, workshops and digital learning recommendations.
Adoption Guidance resource library
For the first time, VMware Success 360 customers can access and consume self-service Adoption Guidance materials directly through Connect Success in the VMware Customer Connect ™ portal. Adoption Guidance addresses a variety of challenges you may face, from onboarding and adoption to consumption and optimization. This new resource library is full of videos, whitepapers and on-demand enablement sessions to guide you on your technology transformation journey.
Success Plan sharing and permissions
VMware Success 360 customers can now easily grant and manage access to their organization’s Success Plan. All it takes is an email address to grant access to colleagues. Invited colleagues will have a member role and will be able to access the Success Plan at any time.
