On-Demand Access to Success Plans
Connect Success allows VMware Success 360 customers to view their Success Plan on-demand and track progress in achieving their outcomes. Previously, Success Plans were provided offline as a snapshot in time directly to customers. This new digital Success Plan is a living dashboard that is continuously updated as our customers make progress in their strategic initiatives. Connect Success provides instant access to the Success Plan’s objectives and tasks that monitor responsible stakeholders, due dates and mutually agreed-upon metrics that keep teams accountable.
Looking ahead to future releases
While on-demand Success Plans are an essential component of Connect Success, there are more features under consideration for future releases around Adoption Guidance, health insights and more. We are continuously improving how our customers engage with VMware.
