We have been seeing a constant increase in demand for digital workspace solutions as businesses modernize to serve the new-age world. VMware has kept pace and innovated fast to match those needs. This is a great time for Cloud Provider Partners to start using the Digital Workspace Services for their end-customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

What are the latest launches:
Workspace ONE Essentials SKUs: VMware has repackaged Workspace ONE offerings to use-case-focused, modular product architecture. The repackaging benefits the partners by ensuring:
- No feature overlaps ensuring customers buy and consume only what they need
- Delivers minimal viable product as “starter” offers that are also commercial friendly

Horizon –
Horizon 8: It ensures secure delivery of virtual desktops and apps with a modern platform that supports any cloud for today’s future-ready workforce. The latest release of VMware Horizon® 8 – version 2111 – is now available and includes new features that deliver extended service, better security, tool optimizations, and enhanced admin and end-user experiences, all designed to improve Horizon and the delivery of virtual desktops and apps. Horizon DaaS: The VMware DaaS platform was specifically built for Cloud Provider Partners to deliver workspaces as a cloud service. The new update to the latest DaaS 9.1.1 version includes a security hotfix, addressing a critical vulnerability in Apache Log4j. DaaS provides multi-tenancy and elastic scalability for cloud provider partners to grow their businesses. Learn how and why to move to the latest version here
Horizon Cloud: It delivers enterprise-class virtual desktops and applications and adds incredible value above and beyond Azure Virtual Desktop. Workspace ONE –
Workspace ONE UEM: It is a single solution for modern, over-the-air management of desktops, mobile, rugged, wearables, and IoT. The cloud-first capabilities will help you boost your end-customer productivity and reduce your business costs. The new features in the version, Workspace ONE UEM 2111, improve the Console and Freestyle aspects of the services. Learn more in detail with the release notes here
Workspace ONE Intelligence: It is a cloud service built for the VMware Workspace ONE platform that provides deep
insights, analytics, and automation for the entire digital workspace. Together, these capabilities enhance the digital user experience and strengthen security across the entire digital workspace environment. The current version is 22.02.01, providing quality and performance upgrades. Learn more about the features here
Workspace ONE Assist: It enables you to remotely access and troubleshoot devices in real-time. Workspace ONE Assist takes care of all the privacy concerns as well. End users can accept, pause, and end a remote session at any time for privacy reasons. The latest version, 21.09, enhances auto-proxy discovery, introduces automatic connection on reboot, and the ability to switch accounts during a remote session. Workspace ONE Access: Workspace ONE Access enables the management of various authentication methods such as a local directory, mobile authenticator apps to enable conditional access and single sign-on to SaaS, web, and native mobile apps. The latest version is 21.08.01, providing security improvements and a patch to fix deployment issues. Learn more with the release notes here
