Glen Simon

Glen has spent his entire career developing, selling, supporting, and marketing Information Technology, mostly in servers, storage, and data protection. Currently Glen is Product Line Marketing Manager for VMware vSphere, the most popular server virtualization technology on the planet. Previously Glen worked at Veritas Technologies as Senior Product Marketing Manager for the industry’s leading enterprise backup and recovery solution, Veritas NetBackup. As product manager for NetBackup, Glen drove the innovative design of NetBackup’s first-generation integration with VMware VCB, winning Best of VMworld in 2007. Glen holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
