As part of the continuing effort to develop joint VMW-Partner collateral in the broad space of Business Critical Applications running on vSphere or what we are in 2017 referring to as Enterprise Critical Solutions HPE and VMware have just completed a joint paper. This work is focused on Microsoft SQL Server implementations on vSphere on HPE Hyper Converged Architecture on the Hyper Converged 380 Family. The HPE HC system includes the DL380 server series and a VSA storage device. The paper includes best practices for implementations as well as recommendations and analysis for use cases.
