Join the Twitter Chat All About VMware vForum Online

You all probably know by now that VMware vForum Online is a virtual event that you can attend from anywhere, as long as you have access to WiFi. The next one is coming up on Wednesday, April 24th from 9:00am to 2:30pm PT. If you haven’t signed up yet, stop reading right now and register for vForum Online before you go any further!

Just because vForum Online is a virtual event doesn’t mean you’re in it alone. We want you to be able to connect with your peers during the event to chat about your experiences as you go, and connect with others who are interested in learning more about VMware solutions. That’s why we’re hosting our first ever #vFOchat on the @VMwareEvents Twitter from 11:00am to 12:00pm PT during the event. Follow @VMwareEvents now to make sure you’ll get all the updates and reminders leading up to vForum Online and the #vFOchat.

What’s a Twitter chat? Twitter chats are conversations focused on a certain topic, such as vForum Online, that take place on Twitter at a set date and time. There is a specific hashtag for every Twitter chat– ours is #vFOchat! The hashtag allows you to follow the chat and participate.

How do I participate? Make sure you are following @VMwareEvents on Twitter and we’ll remind you on event day to join us at 11:00am PT. The #vFOchat is meant to supplement vForum Online, so don’t log out of the event! You can simply open up the Twitter feed on a separate browser or on your phone and go to the @VMwareEvents page to join the fun. We’ll be tweeting a new question or discussion topic every 10 minutes or so. Each question will be marked “Q1”, “Q2”, etc. To make sure your answers are seen in the chat, be sure to include “A1”, “A2”, etc. and “#vFOchat” in your tweets when you reply.

See you online!
