VMware vSAN 6.5 is the latest release of the market-leading, enterprise-class storage solution for hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI). vSAN 6.5 builds on the existing features introduced in 6.2 by enhancing automation, further reducing total cost of ownership (TCO), and setting the stage for next-generation cloud native applications.
This week we bring in VMware Staff Technical Marketing Architect Jase McCarty to walk us through whats new in vSAN 6.5
Jase is a Staff Technical Marketing Architect in the VMware Storage and Availability Business Unit focussing on Virtual SAN. He is an Architect/Engineer/Manager/Evangelist with experience across several verticals. In my experience, you would have a hard time finding a more passionate IT professional in this industry than Jase. When he’s not designing, automating or teaching, you’ll probably find him behind the wheel of a Jeep. Follow Jase on twitter @JaseMcCarty.
