The Team-Up That Will Accelerate Enterprises Everywhere

Somewhere in the past few years of integrating technology into the enterprise, global tech enabler Accenture made an early pivot to a cloud-first approach, finding a strategic cloud-native advocate in Pivotal, and working on the Cloud Foundry platform that has since become the platform of choice for enterprise developers across the globe.

“We’re seeing much more agile, nimbler software development at time where software has become a source of advantage and competitive differentiation.”

— Gene Reznik

In November, Accenture and Pivotal took a logical step to marry their complementary strengths. They launched the Accenture Pivotal Business Group (APBG), an Accenture-run joint venture of Pivotal and Accenture experts. Gene Reznik (Senior Managing Director of Technology Ecosystems and Ventures at Accenture) and Nick Cayou (VP of Global Ecosystems at Pivotal), sit down with Built to Adapt to unpack their joint-collaboration, Accenture’s ability to understand and integrate next generation technology with particularly with a large global java base, and Pivotal’s ability to bring software agility and velocity to the enterprise.

Built to Adapt is at SpringOne Platform 2017 to talk to the people leading the world’s largest technological transformations — from challenges to trends, and insights to anecdotes. If you work in technology at any level, you’re going to want to hear from these innovators. Talks are hosted by Jeff Kelly and Ciara Byrne, journalists for Built to Adapt.
