This week, the New England Venture Capital Association named VMware Carbon Black winner of “Tech Exit of the Year” at the eighth annual NEVY Awards. The NEVY Awards recognize the top innovators, investors and companies in the region, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to receive the accolade that celebrates the VMware acquisition of Carbon Black and honors such a memorable milestone.
Since inception, our mission has remained the same — to keep the world safe from cyberattacks. A year ago, we bet big, with a vision to truly disrupt the security industry – the acquisition created a massive opportunity to leverage infrastructure and control points in new ways to make security intrinsic across any app, cloud, or device for our customers.
