The VMware Customer Experience and Success team is ready to help you successfully adopt and continually get value from the VMware investments you’ve made. Have a question that you want answered by an expert? The VMware Global Support team will be waiting for you in Barcelona ready to answer your questions, no reservation required. Check the digital board at the Expert Bar to locate the expert for your product and ask away.  This is an area you will not want to miss!

Need an exclusive spot to relax?

Are you a VMware Success 360 or TAM customer? The Customer Success Central area, located in CC4, is an exclusive place created just for you. This area has its own lounge (snacks and charging stations included!), four deep-dive rooms, and interactive roundtable experiences with product specialist.

Product Experience Corner, located in room 401, is designed to create an immersive experience where you can interact with, learn about, and engage with through live product environments, guided by a specialist. These 45 minute roundtable sessions offer you the opportunity to discuss practical deployment scenarios with our team of product experts with peer customers in similar situations.

Ask the Specialist tables, also located in room 401, are an open format session of 30 minutes with a specialist available to discuss technology, product use cases, challenges, or implementation and design considerations in an informal format over a soft drink or cup of tea or coffee. Each table is limited to 6-7 people, and you can ask any question you want on the product/technology – bring it on!!

All Customer Succes Central sessions are listed in the content catalog, under session type TAM/Succes 360 Deep Dive. If you are a VMware Success 360 or TAM customer and you cannot see these sessions listed, please contact the VMware Explore Registration team.
