The Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice Distinction Is Based on Feedback and Ratings from End-User Professionals Who Have Experience Purchasing, Implementing and/or Using the Product or Service
VMware is excited to announce that it has been recognized as a Customer’s Choice in the May 2020 Gartner Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer: IT Infrastructure Monitoring Tools”.
This recognition is especially gratifying for VMware because it is based on the experiences of our customers as they use our vRealize cloud management solution to solve the complex challenges they face each day.

To ensure fair evaluation, Gartner maintains rigorous criteria for recognizing vendors with a high customer satisfaction rate. For this distinction, a vendor must have a minimum of 50+ published reviews with an average overall rating of 4.3 stars or higher. VMware received 78 reviews and one of the highest overall ratings of 4.7 out of 5 as of May 21, 2020.
