What’s New: vRealize Business for Cloud 7.2.1
vRealize Business for Cloud 7.2.1 is now generally available for our customers. The latest release enables IT operations team to get easier access and more visibilities to their business data.
- Tighter integration with vRealize Operations Manager
Users now can access vRealize Business for Cloud through vRealize Operations Manager, via “Business Management” tab in the vRealize Operations Manager 6.5 user interface. The integration allows IT operations team to manage operational data and cost data in one place. Being able to closely monitor cost efficiency of your IT services helps company to achieve better IT and business alignment.
- Additional access to vRealize Suite Standard license key
For customers using the vRealize Suite Standard, now you will have more visibilities into your datacenter, including:
o The reclaimable virtual machines information on the Overview page.
o The datacenter optimization information under the Planning section.
o The cost savings opportunity information in the Hybrid Cloud Assessment report.
For customers using the vRealize Suite Advanced or Enterprise, you will get access to full capabilities through “Business Management” in vRealize Operations Managers, including public cloud costing, showback, custom reporting, and many more.
- Take your “Hybrid Cloud Assessment”
The Cloud Business Analysis report that was introduced in vRealize Business for Cloud 7.2 has been renamed to Hybrid Cloud Assessment.
