Our last blog on Log Insight by Jon Herlocker went into great depth about the innovation that has gone into our latest release of Log Insight. This highlights the need for both core product and solution content innovations. Both VMware and our partners are embarking on a focused content creation effort which results in customers leveraging the immediate value they get from a Content Pack covering a specific technology. Today VMware is releasing our Windows Content Pack for Log Insight.
The Content Pack covers many areas of Windows, including General, System, Application and Security data, including 10 dashboard groups, 52 widgets, 6 Alerts and 41 extracted fields.
