She has a diverse range of experience in customer experience and success within large organisations, as well as start-ups, including Disney, NBCUniversal, WebMD, Smartify and General Assembly. Her experience includes roles focused on client services/account management, continuing education instruction for working professionals, business operations, and product management. Her passion for education and continuous learning stems from directly benefiting from being a student in what was referred to as modernized education. From there she led instructional delivery in immersive Product Management and UX Design programs and then transitioned into tech.
