Just Launched: New VMware Learning Platform

VMware Digital Learning and MyLearn have successfully transitioned to a new platform as of May 6, 2024. IT professionals can now manage their training needs from a centralized location. As a result of this migration, a solid foundation for future enhancements and streamline the user experience for managing your training needs. 

All users will be required to create a Broadcom account prior to accessing Learning@Broadcom for the first time. This platform will be updated regularly with the latest courses, providing IT professionals with a comprehensive and up-to-date resource of courses covering the VMware cloud stack. Discover new skills, discover relevant content, and discover what you need to know today. 

Accessing the new platform:

As a customer, we know you may have questions regarding our new portal. 

To access the new platform, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Broadcom Support Portal.
  2. Enter your login credentials on the upper right-hand corner. You should have received instructions on creating an account in a separate email. If you have not received instruction, please refer to our “How to access VMware VCF Digital Content” Guide here for assistance on how to create a profile.
  3. Via your “My Dashboard” tab, please scroll down to “Learning@Broadcom” to access the portal.

Please note: We have made the following changes to better serve our customers.

What to expect: 

  • Instructor-Led Training changes: Please be aware that going forward, all non-VCF customers should contact one of the VCF Authorized Education Partners in their area to register for an instructor-led course. Please click here to locate an Education Partner near you. All VCF Customers will register through Learning@Broadcom by following the steps above, searching for a class, and scrolling to the bottom to see the available dates. 
  • Current VCF Customers – Learning@Broadcom offers functionalities for self- registering for upcoming classes. To start, access the portal via the instructions above and we encourage you to explore the platform and search for “events” icon. 
  • Course content access: Please access your current subscription through the “subscriptions” tab within the new platform and navigate to your chosen course.

Once logged in, users can search for specific VMware topics and enroll in the courses that best meet their needs with just a few clicks. With this approach, professionals can stay up to date with the latest advancements in the VMware cloud stack.

Support

We understand that navigating a new platform might require adjustment. To ease the transition, we have implemented support resources for you to leverage. Moving forward, for login credential issues or technical difficulties within the platform, there are two ways to reach us.

  1. Create a support ticket via the Broadcom Support Portal: Login as directed above and create a case via “My Cases” on the left-hand navigation. Additional documentation on how to navigate support can be found here.
