Have You Heard the News? VMware Learning’s In-Person Training is Back!

Due to unprecedented times a few years ago, businesses had to shift to remote alternatives to keep everyone as safe as possible. And so did we. To keep students and instructors safe, VMware Learning shifted our training model to a virtual one, moving away from in-person training to live online training.

In doing so, over the past few years we’ve improved our virtual training model to support even more customers, but we know there are still some who prefer the face-to-face interaction of a good old-fashioned in-person class.

And it’s finally time! We’ve brought back in-person classes, both through our public schedule classes and our private classes. Moving forward, we plan to open even more VMware Learning classes to deliver that same face-to-face quality you know and love.

Ready to be convinced? Here are 4 reasons you’re going to want to take an in-person training class with us.

1. Our amazing instructors!

When you attend one of our in-person training classes, not only do you get to learn from our amazing VMware Certified Instructors (VCIs) who have been teaching technical content in the industry for years, but you also get to work with them face-to-face! Our instructors are engaging, taking complex technical topics, condensing them down to the basics, and explaining them in a way that will leave you feeling like an expert at the end of the class. They are masters of their trade, integrating real-world examples and analogies in their training, making the message truly resonate with each student. And they’re also awesome people!

2. Ask questions and get answers fast

When trying to learn a new, sometimes very complex, skill set, questions and feedback are critical. You need to be able to ask questions and get answers fast while the topic is at hand. In our classroom and private training classes, you can get the answers you’re looking for quickly. Even better, since the class is in-person your instructor can also provide feedback, both positive and corrective, to ensure you’re on track and getting the most out of your technical training.

3. Network with your peers

Over the past couple of years, we’ve all been a bit cooped up needing a little more social interaction and networking opportunities. With our in-person training, you can do exactly that, all while learning a new critical skill you can use to take your career to the next level. In our classes you’ll hear questions and use cases from other students, that might open your eyes to a new possibility that could help you in your business. You’ll also get to meet other students from other industries and lines of work, providing an excellent opportunity to network with other like minds, looking to learn a similar skillset.

4. Need to train a group of students? Personalize your experience with a Private Training course

With our in-person, Private Training offerings, you can get a much more personalized experience. This option is perfect for groups of 6-15 students. You and your team can collectively learn how to successfully leverage VMware technology, relying on each other as a group. And even better, since this is a private class, all to yourself, the instructor can integrate examples that apply to your real-world situation. And beyond that, as a team, you can ask questions and collaborate within the class to solve real-world problems. The same standard 5-day class, but with an added bonus of the questions and examples pertaining to your projects.
