VMware Customer Connect is a new digital experience. It integrates all VMware digital engagements (My VMware, VMware Communities, VMware Learning, VMware Docs, VMware Knowledge Base, and more) into a single unified experience personalized for you. As part of our redesign efforts we’d like to share our ideas and new capabilities with you, our customers, and get your feedback on how we can improve your experience. The VMware Customer Connect Pacesetter Program is designed for doing just that!

VMware Customer Connect Pacesetter Program

Customers who join VMware Customer Connect Pacesetter will gain access to the newest features and updates before anyone else. You’ll have an opportunity to engage with our design teams and provide feedback on the features you find most valuable. To participate, you’ll need to become a registered Pacesetter Program member. Join the Pacesetter Program now and register for our upcoming events.

Pacesetter Program Events

Your feedback matters! There are several ways you can participate. Join us for one or more Pacesetter events and provide feedback directly to our design teams. There is no requirement to join all events, participate in whichever ones you can. Space is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis.

Session 1 – Customer Connect Design Session

This session will provide a walk thru and validation of the new Customer Connect designs and functionality.
