If you read our recent guide on finding your people, you know that tapping into a community powerhouse is one of the key benefits of attending Explore. There is no better place to foster those connections than at The Party. On Wednesday, September 2, from 7:00  to 10:00 PM, we are taking over TAO Beach and Nightclub at the Venetian for our official after-hours celebration.

We have curated an environment that is less “corporate mixer” and more “tropical reboot.” Spread across 44,000 square feet of Bali-style decor, you can challenge your peers to a game of Ms. Pacman or Giant Jenga, test your luck at the blackjack and craps tables (with risk-free faux chips, so your stress levels stay low), or simply enjoy the beats from our house DJ.

What’s on Deck

We are bringing in Reflective Rhythm Entertainers to keep the energy high alongside the house DJ. Between busting a move, play your luck at classic arcade cabinets featuring Super Mario and Galaga. It is the perfect opportunity to settle that debate with your lead engineer over who is actually better at Donkey Kong.

While you are setting high scores, don’t forget about the food. We’re talking Wagyu sliders, spicy tuna on crispy rice, chicken yakitori, and crispy tofu with spicy peanut sauce. Or, satisfy your sweet tooth and treat yourself to a dark chocolate raspberry tartlet, some tiramisu, or sample the french macarons. Grab a drink, and connect face-to-face with the technology experts and cloud architects you have been learning from all week.

Wander the terrace and take in the Bali-inspired aesthetics. Whether you want to relax in a cabana, play a round of Giant Connect Four, or discuss private AI governance over a cold IPA or zero-proof ale, the environment is yours to enjoy.

How to Get In

Access to The Party is included with your Full Event Pass. If you are holding a Meetings+ Pass (or you have the Full Event Pass and want to bring a guest), generic access passes are available as an add-on for a fee by reaching out to the Event Registration Team or by visiting the Registration Support and Information Desk onsite. 

Note: TAO security will check I.D. Please note that luggage/backpacks are not permitted in the venue, and attendees will be subject to a security check at the door. Be sure to drop those backpacks off at your room before you come out to The Party. Don’t forget your badge!!!
