You’ve got your event pass, your travel is booked, now it’s time to plan your VMware Explore in Las Vegas onsite experience. The official Explore 2025 Mobile App is your one-stop-shop for navigating the event, building your daily schedule, finding and connecting with other attendees, and staying up-to-date with real-time alerts.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s inside this year’s event mobile app ⤵

Head to the Google Play or Apple App Store and search for “VMware Explore.” Follow the prompts to download the mobile app onto your device. Or, use the QR code or link below to get started.
Once the app is downloaded, use your VMware Explore event login credentials to access the app.
P.S.—be sure to opt-in to notifications to get real-time updates and reminders.
Homepage
The app homepage offers a personalized view of your daily schedule, favorite sessions, session recommendations, featured speakers, and sponsors.
This page will update throughout the week as you add and attend sessions.
Sessions & Scheduling
Browse the full event content catalog under the “sessions” section of the app. This handy area includes key information about all event sessions, including a quick summary, speakers, and time and location details.
Attendees with a Full Event Pass can reserve a spot in specific sessions, and everyone can favorite a session to review later.
The sessions are organized by day along the top navigation, so you can easily scan sessions per day or search by title, topic, or speaker. You can also filter sessions by product, track, level, and more.
Check out the “my schedule” tab for a consolidated view of your favorited sessions and other key event moments, like Monday’s Welcome Reception.
Pro Tip: Don’t be discouraged if a session is full. Favorite the session so it stays on your radar, and queue outside of the room prior to the session starting. There’s a good chance you’ll still get a seat in the room on the day-of!
Networking
If you want to find colleagues and be found by others, opt-in to “networking requests.” This will allow you to see the full attendee catalog and receive networking requests from others.
To view other attendees, navigate to “menu” and then “attendees.” You can scroll through attendees or search by name, company, or title. You can also click into profiles for more information and send messages to other attendees (if they’ve also opted-in).
If you’d prefer to remain anonymous, no worries, simply do not opt-in to networking. You can adjust your networking preferences at any point under “menu > settings.”
Tip: Upload an image to quickly put a face to your name. Just remember, this photo will not change the image that shows up on your attendee badge—this can only be done in the online event portal.

Mobile App Game
Back by popular demand, this year’s event app offers games to earn points and win prizes.
Game Challenges
Complete in-app challenges to earn points and unlock game tiers. Each tier allows you to collect an exclusive prize from the Broadcom Rewards area in The Hub. To start, click on “menu” and then “event game.”
There are 26 unique actions that you can complete to rack up points, including things like scheduling sessions, attending sessions, visiting sponsor booths in The Hub, and joining communities, like Explore Insider.

Other Ways to Win
In addition to participating in the in-app game and surveys, there are a few other ways to win prizes. Unlock the “drawing” trophies to be entered into these giveaways. Daily drawings will take place during the event on Monday, August 25, Tuesday, August 26, and Wednesday, August 27.
→ Broadcom Rewards Daily Drawing
Eligible* Broadcom Rewards members will be entered into a daily drawing Monday – Wednesday for a chance to win a Sony PlayStation 5.

Let us know what you think about Explore 2025 in Las Vegas by completing the Overall Event Survey and you might win a free pass to VMware Explore 2026. The Overall Event Survey will be available on August 27 until September 12.

Surveys will be available shortly after attending each session and daily by 7:00 PM PDT. Head to “menu > my surveys” to share your feedback.
