Thanks for joining us for Day 2 in beautiful Barcelona. Thousands of explorers have arrived at the Fira Gran Via, and we’re so glad you’re here!
The swag station was busy distributing our signature event backpack as attendees made their way through registration and continued their immersive deep dive into the week ahead.
Last night we treated everyone to an evening of indulgence at the Welcome Reception. Flamenco dancers led the eager audience to The Expo where they enjoyed tasty snacks, beverages, entertainment and engaging with our fabulous vendors.
Explorers also consumed over 25 KG of cheese, 4,350 mini-sandwiches, 7,250 pastries and enjoyed free-flowing cerveza and vino. Talk about a warm welcome!
Highlights from the General Session
This morning was all about the main stage, with an innovative general session where attendees heard about cutting-edge developments in private cloud, AI, app delivery, and edge computing. Broadcom leaders, VMware experts, and innovative customers provided real-world insights on optimizing, scaling, and securing enterprise workloads.

Sessions, Sessions, Sessions
Today was jam packed with sessions, including a few high-profile presentations led by Broadcom general managers. Chris Wolf delivered the highly anticipated breakout session on private AI and the future of VCF and Sanjay Uppal spoke about innovations around the software-defined edge. Brad Tompkins, VMUG Chapter President, also presented a popular session in the community theater about maximizing your VMUG membership and future growth opportunities.
