Mobile World Congress, or the Super Bowl of mobility as I like to call it, is underway, and the mobile ecosystem has not disappointed this year. From new device reveals to virtual reality simulations, there’s something here for everyone to learn about and experience. 5 Things To Do Tomorrow at MWC

  1. See VMware NFV in action. If you’ve been wanting to learn more about how NFV technology works, VMware will be hosting a live demo with Athonet and Ooredoo in the VMware Theater. (12:00 – 13:00; Hall 3, Stand 3K10)
  2. Celebrate the world’s best mobile apps and offerings at the Glomo Awards.   3. Hear real CIO stories about the path to enterprise mobility. Nick McQuire, VP, Enterprise at CCS Insight, will moderate a panel of CIOs and C-level IT practitioners as they discuss their top ongoing mobility initiatives, the challenge of securing their mobile fleet and more.   4. Make your apps a priority. In this VMware Theater session, Dor Zakai, Sales Engineer Manager at VMware AirWatch, will show attendees how a digital workspace can transform the way they deliver, secure and manage applications for mobile and desktop users. (18:00 – 18:30; Hall 3, Stand 3K10)
  5. Check in to the connected future. The GSMA Innovation City is a 2,000 square meter city that brings to life common scenarios in urban and rural settings to demonstrate how mobile connectivity expands the possibilities for businesses and consumers. From an airplane with an interactive virtual reality experience to an agricultural zone with smart crop technology, you’ll be able to get hands-on experience with some of the coolest technologies of the future.
