The Customer Experience and Success Theater
At the Customer Experience and Success Theater, located in The Hub, you will find a full schedule of sessions presented by VMware Learning, VMware Professional Services, and VMware Global Support subject matter experts. These sessions will cover hands-on expertise straight from the field, on a variety of different VMware topics including CLI troubleshooting, VMware Aria, avoiding cloud chaos, exam preps, and so many more! The Expert Bar
Have a specific question that you need answered? The VMware Explore Expert Bar is the right place for you! The Expert Bar is located near the Customer Experience and Success Theater in The Hub and is staffed by VMware’s Global Support team. Our Global Support team has expertise in all the VMware technologies. You just need to find the VMware Global Support team member with the expertise you need and walk right up. No reservation required.
Customer Experience and Success Kiosk
Want to meet with the SMEs from the VMware Customer Experience and Success team? Stop by the Customer Experience and Success kiosk in the VMware booth and meet with subject matter experts for tips and tricks on implementing your VMware solutions. Also, the kiosk is where you will find some of most famous VMware Certified Instructors (VCIs).
The Certification Exam Center
With every VMware Explore registration, there is a 50% discount for attendees who are interested in taking their VMware Certification Professional (VCP) or VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) exams. These exams must be taken at VMware Explore Las Vegas, and we have the perfect place for you to take them. The exam center is away from the hustle and bustle of the conference, located on Level 4 Zeno 4609. Here you will have a computer and monitor set up and ready to go. You will just check in at the desk outside of the room and take your exam. After you have passed your exam, you can head over to the Customer Experience and Success Theater to receive your certification pin – a glowing demonstration of your hard work and expertise.
Please be aware that you must sign up and register for the exam in advance, as space is limited.
Calling all VCDX’s – current and future
VMware Learning will be hosting a two special VCDX events on Monday, August 21st. One for our current VCDX’s and one for those considering becoming a VCDX in the future.
On Monday morning, VMware Learning will be hosting a VCDX Townhall. This event is open to all current VCDX’s. We will have a special speaker or two, give our VCDX’s a sneak peek on what’s coming up next for VMware and have networking opportunities. Please register here, as space is limited. We will not be able to accommodate walk-ins.
Getting ready to start or have already started your VMware Certified Design Professional (VCDX) certification journey? Then you won’t want to miss this opportunity! VMware Learning will be hosting the VCDX workshop, for anyone currently pursuing or considering pursuing their VCDX certification on Monday afternoon. You will be able to come and meet with some VCDXs, ask your questions, and learn a few tips on how to pass your VCDX exams. To attend this event, please register here.
