For the last year, we’ve been hosting VMware {code} MeetUps at HQ once a month. These technical talks are live streamed and shared on our Facebook page

As a global brand, we wanted to make VMware {code} MeetUps accessible to our members not based in Palo Alto so that they can experience these events in real time. The solution? MeetUp in a box!

Officially launched February 2020, VMware {code} MeetUp in a box brings MeetUps anywhere in the world by providing members with two options outlined below:

Venues- Venues can be located anywhere BUT Palo Alto or the Bay Area. We will provide you with name tags, stickers, swag, gifts for speakers, some audience participation gifts, VMware {code} information cards, PPT presenter template, event + social media amplification. We require venues to take photos of the event as well as provide participants with food/beverages (if they so choose)

Speakers- We are looking for 30-45 minute technical topics. We are ONLY looking for speakers based in Palo Alto or SF. If your topic is approved, VMware {code} will provide the venue, swag, marketing, and food/beverages for your MeetUp.

Our first MeetUp is scheduled for March 13 in India (details here) & our April MeetUp is scheduled to take place in Palo Alto (details here)
