Security is, and pretty much has been, the number 1 customer concern with cloud usage and adoption. In 2019, compliance and cyber-security priorities dominated a lot of the cloud news especially prevalent in some key verticals. Fast changing threats and ever increasing data privacy laws / legislation have resulted in a huge push on compliance, costing businesses considerably – driving increasing pressure on processes in already over subscribed organisations. Measuring and enforcing compliance in your clouds and providing an as-a-service view on risk, security posture and compliance status is a very valuable service highly in demand for cloud customers.
