The call for proposals to be a presenter has officially launched for both Las Vegas and Barcelona and will close on May 3 for Las Vegas and on June 14 for Barcelona at 5:00 PM PDT, so get those submissions in!

Who can submit?

Employees, Customers, Partners, and Community Members

When?

Las Vegas CFP will open March 26 – May 3
- 1st round of session acceptances sent by June 6
- 2nd round of session acceptances sent by July 11
Barcelona CFP will open March 26 – June 14
- 1st round of session acceptances sent by July 11
- 2nd round of session acceptances sent by Sep 18

Where do I submit?
CFP link is available on the Explore Website and promoted on Explore social channels.

Ask yourself:

What is my topic?
- Priority is given to submissions that include a customer speaker.
- Got technical content? We want to hear from you.
- Does your topic span multiple products, divisions? Even better!
Why do Explore attendees care?
- Why should attendees spend their time in your session? Include this in your submission, make it relevant to your audience.
Would I attend this session?
- Catchy title? Strong abstract? Expert presenters? What would I get for coming?
What if my session isn’t selected?
- No harm, no foul! But maybe your topic would pair well with another session that was accepted.

Submission DOs:Consider your topic carefully and include: Compelling title Engaging abstract Attendee value Include accurate product tags - attendees search for sessions based on product relevance Coordinate with your peers to tell a story through your track Get the word out! || Submission DON’Ts: Submit multiple sessions on the same topic with different speakers Get too creative with your title - catchy titles are fun and eye catching but be sure it accurately reflects your content Expect that you will be speaking or attending the event
