VMworld: early bird coming up, non-conference (spouse) activities

Planning on coming to VMworld 2008? Early-bird registration ends July 11, so get in there soon.

I know I'd rather spend my time at VMworld talking about virtual switches, but evidently some people would rather be gambling, shopping, seeing a show, or going out to see the Hoover Dam. If your significant other is coming and would like to participate in some unofficial group activities outside the conference, head over to Scott Lowe's joint and drop off a comment for him and his lovely wife. I've met both of them and can vouch they'd be nice folks to hang out with. Link: Spouses at VMworld. Although Scott's spouse is indeed of the female persuasion, both boys and girls are welcome, and I don't even think you need to be a spouse per se, just bored because your geeky significant other is at VMworld again, and won't stop talking about SAN replication already!

Yum, SAN replication. Anyway, can't wait to see you all there, and for those of you that can't make it, we'll have plenty of bloggers, video, etc. all covering the action, and of course vmworld.com afterwards for the sessions.
