According to hallowed VMTN tradition, we elect community moderators twice a year. This gives an opportunity for new blood to come in, as well as for folks who don't have the time to moderate as much as they used to, to step down and take a break.
The next moderator term goes from 1st of June to 1st of December 2011.
If you would like to serve as a moderator, please contact any of the existing moderators, or the Community Manager (me) with your intent to participate in the elections. You can also DM me on Twitter.
As the nominations come in, I'll create a thread for each candidate in the Moderators forum, where we will vote. The condition to be elected is that nobody from the current moderators vetoes the candidate. That simple.
The voting will continue through 31st of May, and new moderators will be given awesome moderative powers on 1st of June.
