There will be plenty of coverage of VMworld 2008 over at vmworld.com (see also virtual pavilion, photo wall, and video spot) and here at VMTN Blog.
I’ll be on-site at the Communities Lounge reporting, shooting videos, shepherding some podcasts (if I can get my kit together), tweeting, and linking linking linking to everybody I can find who is at the show and publishing content about it. (For instance, the VMworld 2008 Las Vegas Flickr Pool). Planet VMware should be wall-to-wall VMworld, although I’m afraid this year we’re going to drown in press releases between mothership VMW and all the partners and vendors using next week as a platform for their news as well.
In addition, there will be plenty of conversation at vmworld.com as well as on the VMware Communities. None of that is censored and in years past I’ve tried to link to the complaints as well as the compliments.
However, if all that’s too corporate for you, please feel free to go hang out with Sean and Theron at the VMworld Underground, although if you post anything juicy over there I’ll still link to it from over here. 🙂
