The PowerCLI team is back and at it again. This time with the release of PowerCLI 6.0 Release 3. This release has some minor updates for those who have moved to PowerCLI 6.0 Release 2. Release 2 however had some really interesting features as it pertains to storage like gathering informations about the underlying ESXi hardware (with cmdlets Get-VMHostHardware), new VASA cmdlets and the ability to connect vRealize Operations Manager (via Connect-OMServer). This week Pete and John bring in Alan Renouf to discuss PowerCLI 6.0 Release 2 and 3. As a special treat Jase McCarty (@jasemccarty) joins the conversation. Jase, in addition to being a VSAN expert has been known to dabble in DevOps.
