Hi Spring fans! First of all, can you believe it's already been a month since we last spoke? Feels like time is flying by! We're fast approaching my favorite conference of the year, the premier event for Spring and Java developers, the epic SpringOne Platform 2019 event. If you're in the Java community, you should be at this event. Over the years we've had the likes of Dr. Venkat Subramaniam, Matt Raible, James Ward, and others present. We've also had presence (and more often than not, speakers) from organizations like Google, IBM, Heroku, Amazon, Alibaba and Microsoft. This year is no different! I'm so excited that this year will see legendary Java Champions like JetBrains' Trisha Gee and Azul's Simon Ritter, among many others.
This show is also an epic opportunity for Spring fans, too, with all your favorite project members and community members present and presenting on all your favorite topics including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Batch, Spring Integration, Spring MVC, RSocket, and so many other projects besides. And of course, I'll be there too! Join us! I can't wait to see you.
It's been a busy few weeks since we last spoke. I've been to Portland, OR; Burlington, MA; Chicago, IL; Lima, Peru; Meddelin, Columbia; Santiago, Dominican Republic; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and of course, San Francisco, home. There's been a ton of cool things going on in the last month, so let's get to it.
